Mentor Programme

The Mentor Programme gives you direct, access to us both (Mark and Will) for six months. At the end of the programme you can, if you wish, sign up for another six months. However, our enthusiasm often gets the better of us and with willing 'mentorees' we tend to continue a little after the six months is up.

People who've taken part value the safe environment of the Mentor Programme. It gives you the freedom to reframe problems, test solutions and debate ideas, all free from internal, historical and conventional bias and politics. The comments and opinions we give are straightforward and candid. Our experience and expertise from both sides of the 'fence', as buyers and as suppliers in the private and public sectors, enables us to give you particularly valuable and insightful perspectives.

If you are interested let us know and we'll give you a call to discuss whether the programme is right for you. If we both agree it is then we'll go on to jointly determine:

• Your current situation
• Your expectations
• Your mentoring goals
• The start date

You keep in regular contact with us by phone and email; it is up to you to decide how often you contact us and the method you use. Within reasonable bounds we will return phone calls within 3 hours and e-mails within 24 hours. If you would like to meet then we can arrange to do so, when mutually convenient.

The programme starts when the fee of £2,500 has been paid. This is easily recouped by the improved results you'll achieve. Places are limited and we allocate them on a "first come, first served" basis. We can provide a similar service for a group of people or a small business. In this case the fee would depend on the number of people involved or the size of the business.
