Qualitar was formed in early 2003 when we (Mark and Will) decided that we'd had enough of sitting in unproductive, internal management meetings. They always seemed to revolve around how much money could be earned from current and prospective clients, not particularly how clients could earn more with our help. All we wanted to do was to combine our experience and expertise with that of our clients and collaborate to achieve valuable outcomes.

Our enjoyment comes from working directly with a diverse range of organisations, and individuals, on interesting and challenging assignments. We want to spend as much time as possible doing this. To this end, each of the assignments we take on has one of us leading it; a director of Qualitar is always involved. Because of this decisions are made more quickly and clients get access to all the experience and expertise we have to offer.

All we are interested in is helping clients achieve outstanding results. Oh, and if you're wrestling with something a bit different, and you think it will interest us, please let us know. We are known for getting hooked on interesting assignments.

Our concern is to maximise the value we help clients to achieve and to minimise the unnecessary expense of doing so. This means our world isn't clouded, and our motivations aren't skewed, by fees for time and tasks. Unless you insist we always quote a fee for each project.
