Much of the support we provide will be via phone and email. We don't have any restrictions on when you can, or can't, speak to us; we'll be available when you need us. It's not unknown for us to have long conversations with clients at 9 or 10 o'clock at night.

 


Some of the services we provide

Below are short descriptions of each of the specific services we provide. However, we recognise that not every situation fits ideally with each of the services described. Given this we are very happy to agree a service tailored to meet your specific needs. To start the process please email or call us with the information we need.

 

Quote/Proposal

Here we support you to develop an effective and valuable specific quote or proposal. In general this will be for a relatively low value requirement and could be a mini-competition, as part of a public sector, framework contract.

In the first instance please email the specification that you need to quote to supply and any other relevant supporting documentation. After reading this we will call you to see whether the support we provide is appropriate. If we agree it is, then we will discuss your quote to the point at which you can write a draft. Then we will review your draft until we are both happy with the final result.

The fixed fee to support a relatively straightforward quote, or proposal, is £750.

 

Tender, includes Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ)

This is similar to the above but is considerably more detailed and involved. It may also involve 1 or 2 meetings along with copious emails and telephone conversations.

The fixed fee to support your qualification and tender is £2,500.

 

Full Service Business Acquisition Support

This is a support service that lasts for 6 months, it covers all the necessary activities for specific business acquisition activities. This includes the necessary detail for any of the activities shown above, and is likely to cover several of them.

The fixed fee for this level of support is £5,000.
