The training we provide is dynamic and interesting. Our enthusiastic approach and style enlightens non-believers and motivates and intellectually challenges seasoned professionals. Big improvements, for example cash savings or more value, can be made simply by learning when, where and how to use straightforward principles, tools and techniques correctly. This is especially powerful for people who are professionals in other disciplines and do not have a full-time involvement in purchasing.

Each of our workshops uses recognised adult training techniques, that of theory, practice, feedback, more practice and more feedback, but in a safe and non-threatening environment. In fact we go out of our way to create a stimulating environment that encourages people to share their experiences, describe problems and issues they face, and use some of the workshop to debate potential solutions.

Most of our workshops are for specific clients or sometimes for a client group such as, for example, a regional group of local authorities. We often tailor the content of the workshops to suit our clients' specific needs. This enables us to develop people's skills and knowledge so that they can apply this to improve their performance in the workplace and so achieve better results.

Examples of Workshops

Workshops generally last a day so that people are not out of their workplace for too long. When people need a more detailed, and in depth, understanding of a subject, we extend workshops to 2 days or, as with some of our clients, deliver a series of 1 day events over a period of say 3 months. It really depends on your circumstances.
