The training we provide is dynamic and interesting, it helps people to:

Much of the training we do to help organisations become better, and more profitable suppliers, tends to be specific to a business opportunity. This means the training is more hands on and with a small number of people. We often tailor our approach so that the specific business opportunity is used as an example from which people develop skills and knowledge that they can also apply to other opportunities.

Tendering for public sector business

There is a series of 3 workshops we deliver, for Birmingham Chamber of Commerce, that are more general in nature, which we developed specifically for organisations that supply, or want to supply, public sector organisations. Each uses recognised adult training techniques; those of theory, practice, feedback, more practice and more feedback, but in a safe and non-threatening environment.

In fact we go out of our way to create a stimulating environment that encourages people to share their experiences, describe problems and issues they face, and use some of each workshop to debate potential solutions. The workshops are:

• How to Tender, an overview of the whole process from initial "expression of interest" through to submitting your tender and dealing with post tender activities such as presentations

The other 2 workshops tackle two key elements of the tendering process in more depth and detail.
